We are the Original Welsh hamper Company in Wales, the family business was started in the year 2000, we have been trading for over 20yrs so we have put quite a few hampers together!, we have always strived to give excellent customer service which is why customers return to us year after year. We are supporting many businesses in Wales, many of the products in our hampers have a great taste award, our products are sourced from reputable suppliers who have the same approach to quality as ourselves. How will my hamper be packaged?
We pay great attention to the packaging and presentation of your gift as well as the beautiful contents, whether you have chosen a traditional Luxury wicker hamper or one of our gift boxes all hampers are beautifully packaged and sent with your personal message.
Sustainability is important to us
All our wicker hampers are despatched in a strong twin wall branded Welsh Hamper Company cardboard outer for protection in transit which are 100% recyclable. We use a natural product for our hamper fill that is environmentally friendly and safe for use with food products which is also 100% biodegradable, the wood wool we use comes from the excess pine and spruce from managed forests, where, to maintain the health of the forest they perform the essential process of thinning, it gives your hampers a natural authentic look with this eco-friendly hamper filler, not only will it make your gift hamper look stunning but will also help to protect them in transit. Our quality wicker baskets are perfect for high quality luxury hampers which are also are environmentally friendly.
Can I select a preferred delivery date when I order?
Throughout the year when you are placing your order you will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery date.
Can I add a gift message to my Hamper?
Yes, all orders include a personal message card, this can be entered during the ordering process after the item has been added to the basket.
Can I track my order?
Where possible you can track your order, but we also will that for you.

If you have any concerns in relation to allergens or any other dietary requirements please contact us prior to purchase, we recommend you always check the product labels and packaging prior to use as products and ingredients are subject to change
Do you include any invoice with the hamper?
The only information sent with the hamper is a personal gift card.
